Students are reminded to bring along:

ICA's notification letter.
MOE student card for identification.
One recent passport size colour photograph (35mm x 45mm dimension) taken against a white background and with a matt or semi-matt finish.

Payment can be made using either of the following:

1) EZlink/Student card with top up value of $10 (Singapore Citizen) and $50 (Singapore Permanent Resident), excluding Giro-linked card
2) Credit Card, parents are to provide the card details on the notification letter.

NO CASH PAYMENT

Original and one photo-copy of deed poll for change of name (including ethnic character name). In addition, both parents must provide a consent letter for the change of name.

Original and one photo-copy of Baptism or Religious Certificate for insertion of religious name.

For Permanent Residents, foreign passport, certificate of identity (if any) with valid Re-Entry Permit.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE ON TRAVEL HISTORY

In view of the present H1N1 situation, please help us keep our campus safe by declaring your son/ward's travel history during the school vacation. Please submit one travel declaration form per child/ward in the school. Please click on the link and log in to NTRIX to fill in the revised travel declaration form. All forms must be submitted by 9am on Thursday, 25 June 2009. In addition, a signed hard copy must be submitted to the form teacher when your son/ward returns to school on Monday, 29 June 2009.

Volunteer Photographers Wanted!

ACS (Barker Road) is looking for parents and students who have a passion for digital photography and who would like to volunteer as photographers for school events, trips and others. If you are good with a camera and would like to share your work with us, please contact us.

Repository of ACS (Barker Road) photographs
We believe that many among you may have taken photographs of our students in action, be it in their CCAs or on special occasions, through the years. We are in the process of archiving all these photographs so that they can be used in our publicity materials. If you would like the school to have a copy of these photographs (from 2005 -2009), please burn them onto a CD, label it with the name of the CCA/event, year taken and name of photographer (with contact number, if possible) and leave it with our front counter staff in the General Office, attention to Mr Steve Chan.

Together, I am sure that we will be able to create wonderful memories of ACS (Barker Road) which we can keep forever, for the Best Is Yet to Be.
